Hi, I’m Buddhika Karunasekara. I’m a chartered marketer by profession and a wildlife photographer in my spare time.
I grew up in Kandy, Sri Lanka, where early exposure to rich and varied wildlife sparked a lasting interest in nature. I began focusing on wildlife photography in October 2023 and have been developing my work ever since.
Now based in England with my wife, I regularly return to Sri Lanka and often combine those visits with photographic trips. My photography has taken me to diverse landscapes and wildlife habitats around the world.
Through my work, I aim to capture wildlife in its natural environment and document moments that reflect patience, timing and respect for nature.
